Trachte Building Systems manufactured the build packages for these clean-lined self storage units in Veneta, Oregon. The office was built by a local contractor with colors chosen to complement the vibrant orange roll-up doors on each structure. For optimal protection of their contents, each building is climate-controlled with 4″ and 6″ layers of fiberglass insulation in the roof with thermal spacers and 6″ of wall insulation.
