This project involved the removal of existing slate and a chimney, sheathing repair, the installation of 20-oz. copper standing seam on the entire roof and conical roof, and fabrication of 20-oz. copper lined stone box gutters. Midstate Contractors also completed masonry repairs and installed a roof hatch and capstones.
