On this Job we had to meet The Living Building challenge. The system consisted of 2 layers of carlisle 2” Insulbase (the first layer we had to cut out around the electrical conduits on the roof deck) then 3/4” plywood with Henry Blueskin underlayment. Metal Sales Magna-Loc 180. We fabricated and installed a custom SS Gutter screen (0.0150 x 0.0150 opening) per the specifications. The rain water is running into a rainwater harvesting cistern.
