With plenty of parking and a great view, this West Virginia event venue is ready to host weddings and parties—the local animal auctions are even held here. The property owner and his builder worked side by side for seven months to complete the project, including a large pond with a bridge spanning its banks. In addition to the main event barn and pond, the property also has a large covered pavilion, a spacious veranda, a permanent outdoor ceremony site, a patio with fire pit, and the aforementioned ample parking.
