SmartBuild Systems, along with its partners Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings and EagleView, announced the launch of a new service available for customers of Sherwin-Williams. Roofing Passport is an integrated platform that completely automates the process of bidding on the reroofing of residential and commercial roofs using metal panels.
Roofing Passport is a joint effort that marries EagleView’s patented 3D roof geometry generation with the metal and trim specifying capability that SmartBuild built for its industry-leading post frame applications.
Once a user enters a street address into Roofing Passport, a 3D model of the roof populates in SmartBuild. The user selects a metal panel from a manufacturer’s inventory and SmartBuild automatically does all the rest.
