Residential Project

by Nikki June

We were approached by the architect to replace the roof on one of their projects. The prior installer had not done a good job with regards to assuring the cantilever structure was water tight. We were able to achieve the desired results by using a combination of water and ice protection, custom flashing, crickets and a custom-made metal band around the perimeter of the columns. And, it turned out beautifully!
