Majestic Steel USA Acquires Merit Steel

Majestic Steel USA [www.majesticsteel.com], a Cleveland, Ohio-based distributor and processor of flat-rolled steel, recently announced the acquisition of Merit Steel USA. The company is a West Coast-based steel service center.

The acquisition expands Majestic Steel’s footprint in the Western United States.
