This 5,600-square-foot project features a striking combination of traditional aesthetics and modern steel durability. On behalf of Ray Keeny Custom Homes, Overland Construction installed True Metal Supply’s 26-gauge TrueLock 175 Standing Seam panels on the 8:12 pitch roof. The choice of a Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL Barn Red coating provides a vibrant, classic look that is further enhanced by the addition of True Metal Supply Barnwood Plank Board & Batten steel siding, creating a cohesive and rugged exterior package.

The installation was engineered for longevity and high-performance protection across its substantial surface area. The system utilizes Marco HydraShell MAX underlayment for a heavy-duty moisture barrier, with panels secured by Wildcat Universal Clip Screws to allow for natural thermal movement. To ensure the attic space remains well-ventilated while preserving the roof’s clean lines, Snap-Z 1750 ridge ventilation was integrated, and Geocel sealant was used to guarantee a weather-tight finish for the entire building envelope.
